What is The Common Ground Consortium?
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mentorship, education, and mediation to foster cultural intelligence and enhance social skills. We strive to create a united world where cultural differences spark understanding, compassion, and enrichment rather than division.

What We Do:
•Cultural Intelligence: We provide resources and training to improve cultural IQ, enhancing social skills and fostering a sense of belonging for all.

How We Do It:
•Common Ground Multicultural Community Choir: A vibrant ensemble that serves as a catalyst for spreading our message of positive synergy, dismantling stereotypes, and fostering collaboration.
•Monthly Events: We organize events throughout the city, including: partnerships with restaurants, museums, cultural experiences: each month we will feature a variety of experiences to educate and celebrate cultural diversity.
•Monthly Mingles, Workshops and Panel Discussions: Interactive sessions that facilitate dialogue and understanding among diverse groups.

Become a Cross-Cultural Mentor: We are launching an ambitious initiative to recruit 100 cross-cultural mentors to serve as ambassadors and cultural IQ coaches. This program is vital to fostering genuine understanding and connection among diverse communities.

The divisions in our country run deep, and they cut across political affiliations, religions, and ethnicities. But at some point, and that point is now, we must begin to bridge those divides.
